Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for joining the Bad Juju tribe! We know our gear is built for bold moves, but if it’s not quite the right fit, we’ve got you covered. Here’s everything you need to know about making a return or exchange.
Returns:
- Eligibility: Got second thoughts? No worries—returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Just make sure the gear is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- How to Return: Click this link to head to our return & exchange form to initiate the return process. Our team will confirm eligibility and get you set up.
- Shipping Costs: Returns are on us. We’ll send you a prepaid return label for all eligible returns.
- Processing Time: Once we get your return, give us up to 10 business days to process it. You’ll get an email confirmation as soon as it’s handled.
Exchanges:
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. If you need a different size or color, follow the return process to send back your item, then place a fresh order for the new one.
- How to Exchange: After kicking off the return for the original item, go ahead and order your replacement on our website. If the new item’s out of stock or you’d rather just get a refund, we’ll process it to your original payment method once we receive the return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (marked as “Final Sale” and can’t be returned or exchanged)
- Custom or personalized items
Refunds:
- Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Heads up—shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: Expect 5-7 business days for the refund to show on your statement after we process it.
